Montego Bay and the North Coast offer catamaran cruises, glass-bottom boats, snorkelling, jet-skiing, parasailing and deep-sea fishing. Montego Bay Marine Park protects reefs and sea-grass beds right off the city’s beaches.
Sunset cruises are especially popular, and many trips include a stop to snorkel over a reef.

- Choose licensed operators with life jackets on board.
- Check sea conditions — winter swells can cancel trips.
- Don’t stand on or touch coral.
